Every controller we make is put through a 20-point quality control checklist. All controllers must pass this test. This checklist puts every aspect of the controller to the test. Helping us to not only identify any issues but resolve them too.

If you are attempting to connect the controller to your PC, you will either want to use the Bluetooth connectivity or a compatible wire.
