That is why we only use genuine brand-new Xbox controllers in the creation of our custom Xbox controllers. By using only new Xbox controllers, we can make sure that all the base functions and features work without issue. Once we have made a custom Xbox controller, or any controller for that matter, we then proceed to test it. Every controller must pass our 20-point quality control test. This test helps us to identify any issues that may arise with the controller and promptly resolve it.
