Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora Game Review-Custom Controllers UK

On December 7th 2023 Ubisoft released Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora, a standalone story in the Avatar Universe. The open world, action-adventure video game is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series S/X and PC and is partially tied to the films, effectively being a movie-to-video game game. Considering the game was so highly anticipated by Avatar fans, we thought it would be a great idea to delve into the game in more detail, to see what people and to say to decide whether the games really worth it!

So it’s time to unleash your inner explorer as we embark on a gaming journey through Pandora's mystical wonders.

What is the summary for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?

Avatar: frontiers of pandora gameplay

In Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora, gamers play as a young Na’vi who was raised in effective captivity by the Resources Development Administration, also known as the Human RDA Faction. In the game, Na’vi escapes the facility ready to begin a journey through Pandora discovering their heritage, gathering resources, completing tasks, and trying to avoid captivity.

Within the game, alongside completing this mission, there is the option to follow some side quests and interact with the objects within the world, which of course for any gamer, is a great bonus!

Side Quests in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora:

Like mentioned previously, there’s a variety of side quests to complete, places to conquer and things to loot. Some of these side quests include taking down the RDA and the destruction its causing where you go, investigating the cave near Shimmering Waterfalls and locating Louis the Pilot to find him and his medical supplies.

Although there is a wide variety of side quests to complete, lots of players and other reviewers actually had this as a major flaw. The game appears quite competitive with its side quests with almost every mission having the same premise of trying to collect/find things and conquering places.

Every Side Quest Available In Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora:

  • A Meal And A Memory
  • A Mysterious Guest
  • Breathing Room
  • Deadly Hunt
  • Field Research
  • Gatherer Gone
  • Lost And Found
  • Laser Ore Processor Alpha
  • Resistance Field Labs
  • Severed Bonds
  • Special Delivery
  • The Unsung Hunter
  • The Sound Of Night
  • To Build A Home
  • To Friends Departed

Where is the setting of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is set in the never before seen Western Frontier of Pandora, with rich details and vibrant colours, Pandora is a lively and inviting atmosphere. Whilst playing the game, we thought that the graphics looked very realistic which is great for when you are in a mystical land like Pandora, full of bright flowers, greenery, and scenery in general.

Pros: Cons:
  •  Stunning world graphics
  • Locations on the game
  • Gunplay feels out of place
  • Poor shooter system

So what do you think about Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora? By our own research and taking other gamers opinions into consideration, we think it’s definitely a game worth a play to make up your own opinion on. The location of the game is stunning, with impressive graphics that look so realistic, plus the anticipation of the game really helps build up excitement when it comes to finally playing the game. One thing we think needs improving on however could be the overall game plot, the side quests seem a bit basic with little need or meaning. However we want to know your opinion? Do you think its worth the hype?
