PlayStation Plus September 2023

September is here and that means it's time for a new line-up of PlayStation Plus Games! This month, gamers have been treated to some additional PlayStation Plus Games, including, Nier Replicant, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Sid Miers Civilisation VI, Unpacking, Star Ocean: The Divine Force, plus some additionals including Odin Sphere Leifthrasier and Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2.

In this blog, we take a closer look at the new PlayStation Plus game releases giving you an inside look at what to expect from each game! So, let’s get stuck in!

 

Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139:

The first game available on PS Plus September is Nier Replicant, in this action role-playing video game, players explore an open world playing as a young man who has set out on a mission to search for the ‘Sealed Verses’, to save their sister Yonah who has fallen ill.

Nier Replicant is the updated version of Nier Replicant, which was previously only released in Japan and this game is currently available on PS Plus on the PS4.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim:

The second game available is the side-scrolling adventure game, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. The game follows 13 high school students who are dragged into a war between mechas and the hostile Kaju whilst players take control of the 13 different characters, who interact with each other to help build a larger narrative as the story progresses.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is currently available to PS Plus players on the PS4.

 

Sid Meier's Civilization VI:

Instead of the intense action gameplay, maybe you still want the action but with a bit of added strategy and thinking. With Sid Meiers Civilization VI, players attempt to build an empire to stand the test of time to achieve one of several victory conditions.

This turn-based strategy game is currently available on PS4.

 

Unpacking:

Or if you want the strategy aspect, but without the action and high speed, why not check out Unpacked? In this zen puzzle game, players go on a home decoration journey completing puzzles to create a satisfying living space whilst learning about the life they are unpacking.

This calming game is currently available on the PS4 and PS5.

 

Star Ocean: The Divine Force:

The final main game featured on PlayStation Plus in September 2023 is Star Ocean: The Divine Force. In this action role-playing game, the game focuses on a large party of characters who are embroiled in a war between underdeveloped nations.

It is the 6^th major instalment in the Star Ocean Series and is available on PS4 and PS5.
