Upon payment, we will send you a shipping label online that you will need to print off. Use this shipping label to send your controller to us. Then, your controller shall be repaired and returned to you at the highest standard.

My controller is not a Custom Controller, can you repair it?
We repair all 1st party controllers. (Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox One S, Xbox Series and Xbox Elite). Unfortunately we do not repair any 3rd party controllers.
Is Warranty Included on Repairs?
We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at Custom Controllers.
