Once that it is done, and we have received your controller, we shall repair it and send it back to you upon completion.

Repairs can take up to 5 days to be completed.

My controller is not a Custom Controller, can you repair it?
We repair all 1st party controllers. (Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox One S, Xbox Series and Xbox Elite). Unfortunately we do not repair any 3rd party controllers.
Is Warranty Included on Repairs?
We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at Custom Controllers.
