My controller is not a Custom Controller, can you repair it?
We repair all 1st party controllers. (Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox One S, Xbox Series and Xbox Elite). Unfortunately we do not repair any 3rd party controllers.
Do you repair modified controllers?
No. If your controller has been modified, unfortunately we can't repair it.

We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at Custom Controllers.
